I think the nature of our responses was colored by the prompt, which asked what our hopes were for visitor experiences at the museum. Though we are called Explainers, I think a huge focus of our job is to be Learners, and I know that some of our deepest and richest learning experiences come from our interactions with visitors! While we all recognize the museum is a great teacher, I think many of us see it as setting for idea exchange in all directions— between one and other, visitors, other staff, visiting artists and scientists, the natural environment, and the cities that surround us.]]></description>
